Thing is, more often than not people tend to go there the first 2-3 months then stop for the rest of the year. Of course, you would still pay for the monthly charges wouldn&amp;#39;t you? Fitness centers love this traditional psychological tendency of people, hmmm why o why? :) In any case, based on studies that are being performed these days, findings shows that the true key in losing weight and &amp;quot;maintaining&amp;quot; a healthy weight is in the food that we eat and not on whether we have a strong will power. Research shows that those cravings are affected by the glycemity of the food we eat - in laymans depending on the equivalent blood sugar of those foods. And the worst part is most of the common foods available have high glycemic which then to spike your blood sugar therefore making you feel satisfied right away but then also makes you hungry in a short period of time making you eat again. I can post so many things here and I can go on and on so I will stop for now, and will leave you this website so you can know more about the glycemic index - http://www.glycemicindex.com/ - this is a must know concept for diabetic people so I guess it can only help doesn&amp;#39;t it?</content><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/5716764850917442833/5891789551453337344/comments/default/4964295263806849613'/><link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/5716764850917442833/5891789551453337344/comments/default/4964295263806849613'/><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://www.cahloy.com/2009/11/blog-post.html?showComment=1263612857231#c4964295263806849613' title=''/><author><name>JPE</name><uri>http://www.blogger.com/profile/02612416997227063843</uri><email>noreply@blogger.com</email></author><thr:in-reply-to xmlns:thr='http://purl.org/syndication/thread/1.0' href='http://www.cahloy.com/2009/11/blog-post.html' ref='tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5716764850917442833.post-5891789551453337344' source='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/5716764850917442833/posts/default/5891789551453337344' type='text/html'/></entry></feed>
