Sleepless Night

I was not able to sleep well last night. I went to bed a little later than usual because I really can't sleep. I lay in bed. Trying to clear my mind from thoughts. Slowly I felt light... too light, I can't seem to move my hands. I can't move! It feels like I am having a nightmare. An astral thing is going on with me. I had to open the lights. I suddenly felt scared. It was already 3am when I felt "comfortable" sleeping. And now, I feel sleepy (big grin).
