I am really serious about losing weight this year; and I am going to try hard to stick to my losing weight plan. Part of my losing weight plan is to enroll myself to boxing and to continue with jogging sessions with my colleague. I am going to begin doing this physical exercises next week. Wish me luck! (Good luck!) (big grin). Anyway, another thing, which I have already started doing is to take fat burner supplements. It will compliment my efforts to do physical activities. The fat burner supplement I am currently taking best works when you are physically active. I really need to have physical activities or regular exercise to get better results from the supplements. There is another thing that I am planning to do; I just need to make more research about it. I am planning to include in my diet the food that burns fat. I look at it as something that I can benefit from and of course, something that I can enjoy. It might somehow ease the pressure caused by my efforts to loose weight (big grin).
