How To Lose Weight

I noticed that recently my knees and ankles are always hurting. I was starting to wonder if I already have arthritis or rheumatism. But my friend told me that it might be because I am over weight. She told me that I am getting bigger. And my heavy weight might be causing my knees and ankles to hurt. They can no longer carry my weight (sigh). Now, I need to think of ways how to lose weight quickly to stop my problem with my knees and ankles. I am thinking of enrolling myself to the gym, but I don't think I have time to go to the gym. Even my weekends are busy. There are things to do at home. I also thought of reducing the amount of food I eat; but I am worried about my tummy. I might have problems with my tummy again. I have also considered taking weight loss supplements, but unfortunately, until now I can still choose what supplement to take. Weight is really a big problem. I guess most of the people nowadays are experiencing problems with their weight.
