Best Option: Diet Pills?

My quest for means on how to lose weight is on again (big grin). So far, here are my options - enroll myself to the gym, jogging after office (there is a jogging path around the complex where I work), reduce the amount of food I eat, have a healthy diet (less sweets and carbs) and take diet pills or supplements (this might be the easiest and fastest way). Amongst these options, I am gearing towards the last option I mentioned. Most of the research I made are mostly on diet pills and weight loss supplements (big grin). Well, it is really the easiest and fastest way. This is what most of the sites about diet pills say; based on the sites I was able to visit. Anyway, I better start making a research on the other options I mentioned, especially the right diet option. And also, better start thinking about my schedule. I really need to make time for a physical activity like exercise or jogging.
