Sharing here photos of our merienda session last Tuesday in our Makati office. My colleagues prepared food and a short program for Ms. M. Yes, the time has come for our dear Ms. M to say goodbye and move on (sad face). But as my Boss told everyone, it is not "goodbye"; it is "see you soon". We will still see Ms. M but things would never be the same.
The first time I met Ms. M was in my previous career life. We never had a chance to work together then because we belong to different groups. Our path crossed again about five years ago, and this time we worked together and belonged in one group. She was like an elder sister to me, to all of us actually. Though sometimes she looks ... "unapproachable", but truth is she is also nice and sweet (big grin).
We've been working together for almost five years now. We had a lot of good times and bad times together. Though we had misunderstandings sometimes, but that did not kept us from continuing to work together; we remained friends. Good friends. As I have said, she's been like an elder sister to everyone in our group.
We will miss you Ms. M. Geez.. I hate goodbyes, I hate parting moments. This is one of those moments when you don't want to deal with but you have too; you must. But as what my Boss told us, this is not Goodbye, its just "See you later, Ms. M!"

ang sarap naman nyan...
