Changes At Work

Last Thursday I reported for work in our Makati office. We have several meetings scheduled on that day, and one of our meetings is with my boss. There's been a lot of changes happening in our office, as in a lot. Some are good, while some are a little scary. Especially the changes that's happening in our team. Because of these changes, there are also additional tasks and assignments that we were assigned with. Don't get me wrong, I am not complaining. I was just sharing my last day at work before the long weekend. Anyway, I guess you can consider those additional assignments and tasks as one of the scary changes (big grin). As for the good changes, we are again hiring new employees for several IT Jobs available in our office. The economy has been picking up and the BPO Industry is one of the industries that is starting to start again. Hopefully, this good change will continue. Hmm.. come to think of it, change is good. It is always good. Maybe there is not bad change or scary change; maybe the important factor is the way we react on it. We must look at change in a positive perspective. Always in a positive perspective.
