Weekend Pampering

We went to the salon today. My Mom and my niece had their hair cut; and I had my hair curled (again). About three months ago, I already had my hair curled. But now that it has grown long, the curls were all gone (big grin). I have a naturally straight hair, probably the reason why perm treatment only works for my hair for a short period of time. After two hours of combing, curling and blow-drying my hair is finally done. I am not that happy when I saw it (sad face). I even cried when we finally got home. But my sister-in-laws and my nephew and my nieces were there to comfort me. They told me that it will look better eventually (nice try) (big grin). Hopefully it will. I can't help having regrets, I should have gone to the dermatologist today for my weekend pampering instead of going to the salon. I have an adult acne right above my eye brows that definitely needs treatment (sad face). I certainly hope that my newly curled hair will look better after a few more shampoos. Otherwise, I might get more acne on my face because of stress and disappointment.
