Sick Leave

Last week was a very week for me. I spent my weekend working. It was too busy that I got sick - I caught the cold virus (sad face). First two days of the week, I was in our booth at the E-Services Exhibition. I think I got dehydrated because I did not drink water the whole time I was manning our booth. And this resulted to a sore throat and a cold virus (sad face).

After the exhibit, I reported to work back to our office, and still sick. I was able to do a few tasks which were set aside because of the event. But last Thursday, I really feel so bad, and so I decided to go home and take a rest. I did not report for work yesterday (Friday); I just slept the whole morning. My friends were telling me to take a long vacation from work. They say that I need it badly and I deserve it truly (big grin). I was touched by what they said and so I requested them if they can give an Outer Banks vacation rental for me as a gift/reward (big grin). You want to know their reply? They told me that I really need to rest because I am starting to hallucinate (big grin).
