Preparing for the E-Services

We were at the SMX Center today to set up our company's booth for the E-Services Exhibition which will be held tomorrow and on Tuesday. RR, Edwardian and Erwina were with me. We met at the office at around 8am, checked the content of our luggage and paper bags; we've prepared it a day before. After a few minutes we were off to SMX. Apart from the luggage and paper bags, we also have a 3m x 2.5m tarpaulin banner. This is one of our concern while were waiting for a cab in front of our building; it will not fit the cab! Edwardian suggested that we wait for a bigger cab. In moments like this, you would really wish for a service from a long distance moving company to help you with big and heavy items. If we wait for a bigger cab, it might take us hours to get one. There are only a few big cabs in the city. And so, we ended up hailing a regular cab. We just asked the driver if we can open the windows and let a portion of tarpaulin banner to protrude from the windows. Its a good thing that the driver agreed (big grin). Edwardian sat beside the driver's seat holding one end of the banner; Erwina sat on the back seat near the window behind the driver and he held the other end. Surely it was a long ride for Edwardian and Erwina, hehehe...
