I am beginning to feel pressure from my family and from myself to lose weight (sad face). I was actually thinking about ways to lose weight; just last night, I decided to start my old habit of not eating rice for dinner. And I am also thinking whether to enroll myself to the gym or to buy truck loads of weight loss pills to help me with my weight problem. I admit, it has become hard for me to do my regular exercise in the morning. I used to do some stretching when I wake up in the morning; which I learned from my aeroboxing class before (as in 9-10 years ago). The routine is actually a warm up exercise for our class; and I have learned a few routines to cool the body down after a heart pumping exercise. Anyway, I thought that enrolling myself to the gym and having my own gym instructor would help me keep my focus on losing weight. Geez.. this is really hard. It takes a lot - money, sweat, sacrifice, focus and discipline.
Or... I can just opt to buy a truckloads of weight loss pills (big grin).
