My Dad and His Red Van

Last week, my Dad was busy with his van. He had some things to change with the van; and I was told by my Mom that if ever I am planning to ask my Dad to bring me somewhere using our van, I should not even think about it because my Dad will definitely say "No". Its a good thing that I have no plans of going anywhere that would require a personal valet to take me, hehe.. Most of my activities do not require a private transportation (big grin). Anyway, it was only this weekend that I finally understood what is it that my Dad's been busy with. He had the tires of the van replaced. And they were quite expensive that is why he's not that happy doing it. But he has no choice but to buy. The really funny thing is, he was telling me about all these accessories he saw at the motor shop where he had the tires replaced. He said that he saw this nice steering wheel cover, which he had been planning to buy. And that it would let him have a nice grip of the steering wheel; then this set of lights that he found very nice for our van - a led taillights that would really look fabulous in our red van (that was his exact words - "fabulous"). Hmmm... I know he is trying to tell me something. But I try not to think about it; what he is really trying to say (big grin). I just nod my head and smile and remind him that he still have two tires to replace.. hehehe..
