Vacation Leave - Diet Time 2

I will be on vacation from work next week. And so my efforts to lose weight must continue. Hopefully, the long free time would not be spent munching and sleeping (oh help me Lord) hehehe... In case you haven't noticed, I have been writing so much about my plan to lose weight on my blogs; well, I just thought that sharing it to you guys would motivate me to pursue this endeavor. Right now I still can't decide what other means I can use to help me lose weight fast. But I am doing several things to shed some weight - I exercise every morning, I don't eat rice for dinner, I don't drink soft drinks anymore. I am trying to keep away from chocolates and chips (this is so hard for me to do, really. I love chocolates). And also, I drink lots of water and fruit juices with fat burners. I am still thinking if I should also take fat burner pills or diet pills. Its really hard to decide. I am also scared because I already have some tummy problems; and taking pills might have an effect on my tummy. For the meantime, I will just go for the natural way, just to be safe.
