Its my mother's 63rd birthday today. She cooked pancit (her favorite). Filipinos believe that eating pancit on your birthday would bring you good luck and it symbolizes long life. While she was cooking the pancit, my dad, my nieces and nephew went out to buy a cake, empanadas, ice cream and a loaf of bread (we did not took a picture of the loaf of bread, hehe...)
My mother is a housewife. She just stays at the house to take care of us; take care of all our needs. Sometimes she can be very annoying because she always talks and nags (big grin)... but still we love her very much.
