Vacation Leave - Diet Time

I will be on vacation leave from work (again) this week. And I just remembered the list of things I was planning to do while on vacation leave, which I prepared a few weeks ago (I posted it on my other blog). There are a couple of items I listed down which I find hard to do - Diet and Exercise. I gained a significant amount of weight during the holiday season (and I am still gaining). And now, I need to stop and get rid of it if I still want my favorite clothes to fit me.

I made some research on how I would be able to lose weight easily. And one of the items that was on the result lists is diet pills. I saw this site for the diet pills called Fenphedra. I have tried taking diet pills before; and they are effective indeed. But still you need to exercise even if you are taking them. This way you'll get toned muscles as well.

I am still thinking if I should take diet pills again to help me lose weight fast. And I am also checking some exercise program which I can enroll myself to, like boxing pilates. For the meantime, got to watch my diet - less carbs for me now :-)
